Topic: It is important for children to learn the difference between right and wrong at an early age. Punishment is necessary to help them learn this distinction. To what extent do you agree or disagree with this opinion? What sort of punishment should parents and teachers be allowed to use to teach good behavior to children?
It is believed that earlier correction is a better method for children to learn. For this reason, various strategies are considered as fruitful, namely punishing their wrong actions and giving sanctions. While this way is a common one, I think kids are better applied with positive reactions. In this essay I will provide my arguments in favour of supportive environment, and a good role model as expected behavior for children.
From one perspective, teens are generally perceived as active learners which means that they require positive feedback from surrounding people. For this reason, when a boy makes a mistake, he does understand it by himself at a particular situations under the reflection from older people through either facial expressions or indirect actions. In my opinion, I think that children can grow more emotionally open if adults provide them hopes to learn from their mistakes without embarrassing them among others. Moreover, they are more active to learn by doing activities with their parents.
On the other hand, there might be a waste of time to play around with children in the mean to teach them and this may spoil them. For instance, the kids will become spoil when they can do whatever they feel and, despite they have made mistakes, there is no feedback or punishment to them.
From my way of thinking, personally, parents and teachers should correct the children by offering incentive when expected behavior is conducted. In my opinion, this way of educating kids can allow them chances for innovative and develop their behavior towards expectation of the norm more sustainably. In addition, guidance must set a good rules within the family or classroom and often show a good model of all those required behavior.
To sum up, I believe that youngsters will adapt for fruitful attitudes and practice towards a confident actor in the future if they perceive pleasant experience of behaving feedback.
